"Everyone has a story--ninety-nine percent of the time they're just waiting for someone to walk up and ask them about it."

In the spring of 2015, I spent a semester abroad in Spain taking journalism classes at the University of Seville. As assistant editor of our human interest magazine, más+menos, I interviewed locals and shared their incredible stories with my family and friends in our bilingual publication. Check out some of my writing samples here.
During the summer of 2015, I interned for WJZ-TV, CBS Baltimore in the local news department. I rotated between the assignment desk, the web department, and on-scene shadowing of reporters and photographers over the course of the ten-week program, taking notes and developing my journalistic skills every step of the way. Check out my newsreel here.
